Responding to Jose Ramon Lazono

In this project I decided to take a diver and investigate Jose Roman Lazonos work deeper. I started off by doing artist studies for his work, followed by my own personal responses both digital and in real life. I also Cropped some of his pieces (the eye piece), to just focus on different areas of a whole painting he created. Jose liked to emphasize specific features of the face, so i decided to replicate this by learning how to use mark making and color to describe the face.
