Doodling and sketching have always been my go-to outlets for self-expression. When emotions felt too overwhelming or words felt too confining or inadequate, art became my sanctuary. It allowed me to convey my deepest emotions in a way that felt natural and unfiltered.

What I love most about art is its honesty. Unlike conversations where others' opinions can sway your narrative, art remains true to your feelings. There's something incredibly freeing and honest about putting pencil to paper or brush to canvas and letting your emotions flow without inhibition.

For me, art is more than just a hobby—it's a lifeline. It's where I feel most connected to myself and the world around me. Whether I'm splashing colors onto a canvas or sketching intricate details, each stroke feels like a piece of my soul coming alive. So much so that my feelings are visible in the strokes of my paintings, and in the outcome of my final piece.

As someone who experiences intense emotions, I often find myself overwhelmed by my emotional responses. However, I've discovered that engaging in art provides a therapeutic and cathartic outlet for expressing these feelings.

May my paintings serve as a bridge, linking souls and inspiring others to release their emotions through the vibrant language of colors.
